Intuition is a very important part of having a good life. It is also a central component of what makes therapy work. When I asked some psychotherapists what they think about intuition I got a very wide range of answers about how it works but the complete consensus that it is critically important for good therapy. Some see it as paranormal, a form of ESP, while others believe it comes down to being very carefully attuned to the other person. Either way, it has much to offer the process of psychotherapy and the living of a fulfilling life.
